Foods of Different Festivals
There are many festivals that are celebrated in our country. Definitely, every festival will have their own special delicacies that will be prepared during the celebration. The same goes for one of the festivals that I celebrate annually, which is the Chinese New Year. Let me share one of my favourite food during this festival, which is the Chinese rice cake, commonly known as 'Nian Gao' in Chinese, or it carries the meaning of 'New Year Cake' in English. It is a must-eat treat in any Chinese New Year celebration. There are many ways where the rice cake can be prepared and transformed into a delicious dish.
